Rocky Mountain Rafts Photo Contest

Thanks for entering the Rocky Mountain Rafts Photo Contest! We invite all of #teamRMR to participate by submitting their best photos with any Rocky Mountain Rafts product(s). Here are the rules and regulations for entry:

Submission Period:

The contest runs from July 16th to August 31st, 2024. Only photos submitted during this period will be eligible for consideration.

Eligibility:

The contest is open to all individuals with any Rocky Mountain Rafts product(s) in the photo. Employees of Rocky Mountain Rafts are not eligible to participate.

Submission Guidelines:

Photos must be submitted electronically via the contest submission form on the Rocky Mountain Rafts website.
Photos must be in JPEG or PNG format and must not exceed 3MB in size.

Judging Criteria:

Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, composition, and how well they showcase Rocky Mountain Rafts products.

Winner Selection:

The Rocky Mountain Rafts team will review all eligible entries and select one Grand Prize winner based on the judging criteria. All decisions made by the judging panel are final.

Prize:

The winner will receive a Rocky Mountain Rafts Taylor IK-126. The winner will have their choice of color selection from available inventory.

Announcement:

The winners will be announced on September 9th, 2024 via email and social media. Winners will also be notified via email.

Rights:

By entering the contest, participants grant Rocky Mountain Rafts the non-exclusive right to use the submitted photos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, social media posts, website content, and marketing materials.

Legal:

Participants must ensure they have obtained all necessary permissions and releases for any recognizable individuals or private property featured in their photos. Rocky Mountain Rafts assumes no liability for any misuse of intellectual property rights by participants.

Thank you for participating in our photo contest! To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, please read and click to accept the following consent form.

**Consent Agreement:**

1. **Grant of Rights:**
   By submitting your photograph(s) ("Image(s)") to Rocky Mountain Rafts ("the Organizer"), you hereby grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the Image(s) in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose, including but not limited to promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes.

2. **Usage:** 
   The Organizer may edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute the Image(s). You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein your Image(s) appear.

3. **Credit:**
   When possible, the Organizer will credit you as the photographer of the Image(s). However, you understand that this may not always be feasible.

4. **Email Subscription:**
   By participating in this contest, you agree to be added to the Organizer's email subscriber list. You will receive updates, newsletters, and promotional emails. You may unsubscribe from this list at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the emails.

5. **Participant's Warranty:**
   You warrant that you are the sole creator and owner of the Image(s) submitted and that the Image(s) do not infringe on any third party's rights. You have obtained all necessary permissions from any third parties featured in the Image(s).

6. **Release and Indemnity:**
   You agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the Image(s), including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
