All private boaters receive a 6-year warranty on all boats with 2022 and 2023 serial numbers that covers defects in materials and workmanship. Don’t worry~ all private boater purchases before 2022 continue to receive our 5-year warranty that started on your purchase date. We offer commercial boaters/outfitters/industry professionals a 3-year warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. 

  • Your boat is covered from the original purchase date for a period of six (or five) years.
  • Registration is mandatory within the first three months of purchase to qualify for RMR Warranty.
  • This warranty covers defects in the materials and workmanship of the tubes, fabrics, D-ring patches, and valves to be functional and water-worthy.
  • This warranty does not cover boats that have been structurally altered, subjected to stress beyond the physical limits of the material, cosmetic damage, or damage from wear, abrasion, excessive UV exposure, abnormal abuse, neglect, or inappropriate storage.
  • RMR warranties are now transferable and extend beyond the original owner, contingent on registration.
  • Warranty applies to RMR rafts, catarafts, and inflatable kayaks only.
  • RMR offers a 2-year, non-transferrable warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for River Tubes.
  • Shipping charges to and from repair facility are not covered under this warranty.

Damaged items or boxes must be reported immediately to the delivery driver to be reported to the shipper, to submit a claim. If boxes are visibly damaged, we recommend opening the boxes in the presence of the delivery driver or possibly even refusing the shipment depending on the condition. Damage is the responsibility of the freight company but must be reported properly.

There are two forms below. One to register your boat and one to make a warranty claim.

RMR FRAME WARRANTY

We offer private boaters a 7-year warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship on all RMR Frames.

  • This warranty covers defects in the materials and workmanship of our RMR Frames.
  • This warranty does not include RMR Frame accessories, seats, or oarlocks.
  • Your RMR Frame is covered from the original purchase date for a period of seven years.
  • Shipping charges to and from repair facility are not covered under this warranty.
